What to expect

100+ engineers and leaders from SOK and the wider tech community. This is a knowledge-sharing event. All talks must provide value to the audience — no sales pitches, no marketing. The focus is on practical insights, lessons learned and real experiences.

For external speakers

This is a pro bono event. The conference is hosted by SOK for SOK. As a speaker, you're invited to attend the full day, network with SOK engineers and the community. Lunch is on the house. There are no expectations beyond your talk.

Talks will be recorded. The agenda will be shared publicly, but recordings stay within SOK and will be provided to you.

Process

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a speaking slot. We will try to review proposals as they come and provide feedback early. Final decisions will be made within a week of the submissions closing.
