About this talk
I’ve been a big fan of mob programming ever since I first heard about it in Tampere goes Agile 2014. And have done countless mobbing sessions after that.
Recently we at Sokos Hotels HEX team have been mobbing with a new member, the Kiro AI companion.
In this lightning talk I will briefly describe what is mobbing, share some experiences of us mobbing while heavily using AI, and why (I think) it works.
